We recently switched over to BVE and are trying to utilize the iOS application. I have been able to use it successfully but I am having trouble with a handful of my user's application crashing when accessing local contacts on the device? Some users are able to utilize the feature and other experience a crash when using. I have reset settings, reinstalled applications, check the number of contacts, type of contacts, ect. There does not seem to be a pattern.
Hi there 365DTM! I'm sorry about the delay and to hear about the trouble with the BVE app on iOS. The minimum required iOS is 10.0 so if the ones having issues aren't running the older software version, can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and the user IDs having issues? If you happen to have other information like the iPhone model and iOS versions so I can note it, I'd really appreciate that too! 🙂
