dropped calls, calls do not go through, representatives don't have answers .
We had the phone system installed thinking it would be the anwers to our busy office. It has been horrible. It does not perform as promised and the feature we were sold on doesnt exisit. Our calls do not come through, calls are dropped constantly and protocols/schedules set in system erased by reps who do not know what they are doing. Phones are not reliable. They want 700 dollars to send someone to train or send someone to come in and replace all the new lines and equiment just put in. I would appreciate someone, not a sales rep getting in touch with us to solve this crisis. We cannot run a business like this
