I just ran across a weird scenario - voicemails were left for two users, one at 12:14pm and the other at 12:17pm today (8/20, Mountain time). All the settings for these two users were/are correct, but the voicemails crossed and were sent to the other user. Anyone else see this happen today?

All you need to do to reach out to us through private message is to click on my handle and select private message. Once we get the account details we can certainly find out what is going on with those voicemail settings to ensure that they are getting routed correctly, I can only imagine how frustrating it is that they are routing to the incorrect email address.
