Is there a way to set up a line to forward to the AutoAttendant which would have one of the option be to leave a voicemail for that line? We currently have our main line go to the AutoAttendant after 4 rings however we would like to give the caller an option to leave a message.
Hi! Thanks for reaching out. You have reached the right place for help with the Auto Attendant concern! After further research, I have discovered that our Business Voice Edge has Auto Attendant options that can be routed to voicemail. The *55 additions allow users to transfer incoming calls directly to voicemail without ringing the phone. The feature can be added for Business Hours and for After Hours. In order to see what voice services you have specifically, I will just need to pull up the account. Please click on my handle (Comcast_Gabe) and send a private message with your name, the complete service address, and the account number or phone number associated with the account.
Per our conversation I was to be contacted with information on how to establish the AutoAttendant feature and voicemail feature on our line. I have not yet been contacted and this has yet to be answered. Any help is appreciated.
