I do not see an option on Voiceedge Hunt Group to set up a Distinctive Ring.
This is important, as we have 4 phone stations set up on the hunt group to ring simultaneously, to assure someone is able to pick up an incoming call.
The problem we are experiencing is when these 4 phone stations ring, other people in the office cannot tell if this is an internal call or one from outside. So people are hesitant to do a call pick up, as we have provided these instructions to our office on how to pick up a call if for some reason all 4 phone stations are not available to pick up the outside call.
Our team is requesting a Distinctive Ring to be utilized for the hunt group to recognize a call from the outside and not one that is internal.

Unfortunately, distinctive ring and a hunt group do not work in conjunction with each other. We may be able to set up a priority alert in the hunt group, but there is a limit on the amount of numbers we can do. I'll send you more info in the private message you sent!
