We have BVE and have 3 users in a hunt group. When one user gets a call and puts it on hold, nobody else is able to see that there is a call on hold besides that person. Is there a way to get others to be able to see who is on hold?

It sounds like I need to get the Shared Call Appearance with Multiple Call Arrangement' features enabled for our users for this sort of feature. I have sent off the request to our rep.
HI Labrix. The shared call appearance feature can provide the status of other lines in the group. To access the feature:
Sign in via the BVE portal account, click <Call Control> then click < shared call appearance> the shared call appearance functions can be customized there.
From what the tech from Customer Care is saying, we cannot manage this online at all and any changes must be sent through them for a change of service ticket.
Any thought as to why they would say that but your information is different? (I do not have 'Call Control' or 'Shared Call Appearance' options in my portal account.)
