We are currently on the Business Voice Edge platform. We are having constant issues where we cannot transfer a call to an outside line. Sometimes it works and sometimes it says call failed when you try to tranfer the call from your phone.
Also, but BeAnywhere feature is nearly useless. When you pick up the call on your cell phone or another phone, the caller can hear you, but you cannot hear them. The only time I can get a call to route successfully outside is to turn on Call Forwarding.
I oversee 5 different companies that have all moved to the BVE system. One of them was on Comcast but just a different platform and never had this issue. Now that they are on BVE they are plaqued with this problem. All 5 companies are on differnt tennant and all have the same issue.
I have logged a case repeatedly with Comcast and they just ask for a list of calls to check, then it goes into the void.
Is anyone else having this issue? Did anyone get it resolved and if so, could you say what they did to fix it?
