I have been looking at making a switch with my phone provider and have some questions. It does not seem like I was able to get straight answers when I called in. This is kind of a long, so I apologize in advance. I own an insurance agency and have 2 office locations with 2 phones at each location. I had one office already with a phone number and purchased another agency about 20 miles away. I have kept the phone number of the other agency and location as I didn't want any extra hassle for those clients. I also have one fax line where the fax comes & goes via email. Currently the clients can call either of our 2 numbers and the phones ring to both offices and all phones at the same time. Is this something that VoiceEdge is able to do as well? I also want to know if I will be able to port those current numbers that are not with comcast business over to VoiceEdge.
Comcast Business services also have analog lines for your fax machines. However, we do not provide the fax machines themselves. To set up an email notification when receiving a fax, would need to be set up on the fax machine itself. You may want to speak with a fax vendor or contractor for this option.
