I have users working from home using the softphone. They need to be able to distinguish between calls directly to them and calls that are going to the hunt group they are part of. I setup distinctive ring and that works great if you have a regular phone. But my users are at home with a softphone. Any advice?

This canned response isn't really helpful to the rest of the community. I hope that if and when there is a solution you can share it. Also, knowing that there is no solution is sometimes equally helpful. I would think that he point of having a community is sharing information. A lot of us come here looking for solutions to problems we share.
