When I call 888-710-6080 i am asked to enter the telephone number and #, then i'm asked to enter the passcode. Its telling me that I will have to contact the administrator to reset my passcode because i'm locked out. I have called comcast business and was told this service belongs to another company, WindStream. It is not! What number do I call to talk with the administrator to reset my passcode so I can use call forwarding remotely?

I have exactly the same problem and have not received any help from comcast even once they were reached! If there is a solutiong why doesn't Comcast post it?
