The receptionist uses the Broadworks Receptionist Console so she can tell who is on the phone and just started receiving the following error message when she tries to launch the program: "JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by the same certificate". Can anyone tell me how to fix this error?

We're having this same issue. Sometimes it can be cleared up by deleting cached files in the java control panel but sometimes it still doesn't work and requires removing Java, re-installing Java, adding the security exception for Comcast's servers, and then downloading a fresh copy of the console file. I get 2-3 calls per week from my receptionist saying that it's not working again. It's become quite a pain, especially for the monthly fee we pay to use it.
JimM: I gave up on the receptionist console and ordered a sidecar for the receptionist phone. It solves the problem albeit with a monthly equipment charge for the sidecar.
