When putting the MAIN reception phone on DND, the original recording is being used. Earlier this year, a new recording was done, and put in place through the Hunt Group. What needs to been done to have the NEW recording done when the MAIN phone is on Do Not Disturb?

I wanted to let the community know this is now fixed. I needed to get in touch with Escalations within Comcast. They are in charge of the final switch!
Back when the Auto Attendant was replaced with the new recording, they needed to do the final switch. We as users do not have the control. Frustatrating to say the least but understandable since users can get into trouble and then point the finger at Comcast. I know now not to try to figure out issues on my own, just contact this forum, quickly.
