We have business voiceedge with one hunt group that should ring three phones at the same time when someone calls into the main line, but none of them ring. Calls go to our voicemail, but the phones don't make a sound. We have a very simple setup. I've messed with every setting on the phone and the online portal. Changing the hunt group settings has not fixed the problem.
Unbelievably, all local comcast service support locations are closed.
