One of our phones is going straight to voicemail, I've checked the user's settings on the website (no call forwarding is turned on), I've made sure DND isn't on (phone and user's setting on website), I've tried *73 & *79 but internal calls to that extension are still going directly to voicemail.,She can call other extensions though. I orginally deactivated then reactivated the user's account when we hired a new person to take over the empty desk so not sure if that changes anything.

I've tried *73 & *91, we've looked on the user's account and in all the phone settings and it's still going directly to VM. Should I just delete the user and make a new one?
