New User does not show up in company directory

We are using Business VoiceEdge (Small Business) and new users added from the Manage Users & Settings page of the Dashboard are not showing up in the company directory.  How do I add a contact to the company directory?

Hi there! Thanks so much for the feedback, and telling us about your situation as we take your concerns seriously. I'd like to take a shot at helping you with this. All I need is your full name, account number (follow link https://comca.st/3eZnKjO, account number is at the top right)and address including city, state, and zip code exactly how it reflects on the bill, as I would like to address any concerns you have.

Thank you so much for your patience with us and we are so sorry for any frustrations this may be causing with one of the users not showing up in the company directory, we know how important this is and you have reached an amazing team to help. How long has this been happening? Did this just start or only when you added them to the dashboard? Also, can you confirm the others that are not showing up?

I checked and D. Karo is the only user that is not shown.  He is also the only one that I have ever added as a new user, so I don't know "when" the issue started.

It may be helpful to know that I before adding him, I unassigned another user from a phone and deleted that user.  Then I added D. Karo and assigned him to that unused phone.
