New Install---Problems with users setting up their portal
I have a handful of users on a new install that get a message "an error occurred" during their portal setup. This message pops up after password and secret question screen.
I have reset their password and tried to log into their portal and then get a message about the link expiring. This is getting very frustrating for us as it is a new install. Anyone seen this before when users setup their portal access?

Hi JAndersonGW and welcome to the forums! Are you attempting to set up the My Account for Business portal? The first things I always try are to clear cache and cookies, sign out, close out windows, close out browser, attempt a different browser, etc. If none of those things have helped, please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send me a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number and we'll get this figured out.
