New Business Edge System Setup Issue

Yesterday we had a new Business Edge System Installed using teh KX-TPA65 Phones. We have a unique multiple business office requiring different numbers be isolated per each business. I have two numbers that should roll from line 1 to line 2, but I'm not sure how to get this setup. The install tech had no idea how to setup any of this system, not even where to refer me for help.

If you click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) you can send me a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, I can pull up the account.
