I have one employee that shows as Pending. SHe has activated her account and logged into it.

I also appreciate your question on your new user. She may have received an activation email. Did she by chance already check this? Please also check any spam folders as well just to be safe.
She did not have it in her spam/junk (or if she did, she emptied it prematurely). Is there a way to resend?
