Is there a new time limit on the MUSIC ON HOLD feature of Comcast BVE? My custom audio loops are about 10 minutes and less than 5MB and I have used them for months, until now. Any help out there?

I am sorry to learn that you are still experiencing issues, as I understand the importance of paying for service and to be able to utilize all of the great features in return. After further research, I have discovered that audio files cannot exceed 2 minutes in length. I have included a link in the following for more details. We too need a longer time limit, 2 minutes is too restrictive. Is there a way for us to request a program enhancement? Our file size is less than 4 MB, but the length of our message loop is longer than 2 minutes. maybe just restrict the file size and not the length of time.
