When I make or receive calls, the other person cannot hear me. I can hear them. We are new to Business Voice Edge, and I have checked my settings, but nothing seems to correct the problem. Now that I have installed the Business Voice Edge, people cannot hear me on Zoom meetings either even when not muted. Any ideas on what settings I need to change?
