How to transfer calls between team members when using the Business Voice Edge My Phone App

We have recently set up the My Phone app for our employees so that they can receive calls in their home offices.  However, we would like to be able to transfer calls directly to another team member's phone number when we answer the phone and it is for them vs. having to take down the information, contact the team member and then have the team member call the client back.  I have looked at all of the materials on-line and have not found any information that references this feature.  Is that because it does not exist? If it is out there ... please point me in the right direction.  And if it is not, are there any other workarounds or suggestions on how to streamline this process.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you ever get a soulution to this? I am also wondering how to transfer calls to colleagues instead of having to take a message and have them return calls.
