Got two of a user on the portal and neither has the right phone assignment
We just had a user start with our company again after about a year away. When we tried to set her up on the Business Portal so she could use the Comcast app on her phone to make calls and use Be Anywhere, a user was created there and marked Pending. She got the email, tried to sign on, and was told 'this account cannot be managed in the Comcast Business App' and asked to go online.
There are now two of her in the Business Portal. One of them is still marked Pending.
I cannot assign either of them her actual Comcast phone number through the portal. When I click on her name it informs me that I have to go to the Business Voice Edge Dashboard and I don' t know how to get her linked there. Can I get some assistance linking her account and removing the wrong one?
