Forwarding when there is and isn't a user assigned
I have an extension assigned to an employee who is on standby. I want to forward her extension to another so that her calls are answered in her absence. How do I do that without physical access to the phone?
I also have an extension that has been unassigned. How to I forward that extension to another line without physical access to the phone?
