We have hired a new person and I have successfully put their name on the phone they've been assigned but I don't see anywhere I can update the email address that was associated with that line in the initial setup of the phone. I have looked in the help section, the manual, I don't see anywhere that tells me how to update the email to the correct email address that it should be now. We have a Polycom 311, I think. Help.
