Is there an issue with the customer portal - I've been trying to get in for a few hours & it's telling me it is unavailable & to try again in a few minutes
Same here today.
I've also been on hold with the support phone line for over an hour ...
our phones are down, and I can't reach any of the support resources.
Support finally picked up after 90 minutes -- nationwide outage, no ETR, call back for more information in an hour, wants me to reset my modem, but I'm not too crazy about that idea since the phones are currently working.
I tried to follow up and get a reason for outage last night, was on hold for 20 minutes and got a message "we are closed due to technical problems" -- exact quote.
I tried again later and was on hold for 2 hours before I gave up.
Called this morning and got through in 3 minutes, talked to a technician who wasn't aware that there was a nationwide outage yesterday until I asked her to check.
She was unable to give me an RFO, and suggested I contacct billing on monday for a credit.
I will, but I'm pretty sure a one day credit won't make up for lost business yesterday. Saturday is one of our busiest days and customers have to call before coming in.
