I have a business account that includes cheap internet service and phone service. I was given a modem and assigned a phone number but I was never told what to do with it. Because I didn’t want it, I was strongarmed into adding it to contract TO SAVE MONEY. Since you won’t let me out of this contract, after promising I could switch to xfinity residential in NOV 2019, which never happened, AND I have the email from supervisor telling me all I need to do is contact YOU, and ask to switch, no problem. Well, that’s a lie.
I want to use the phone service since I’m made to pay for it. Also, I’m listed publicly online as a business with phone number you gave my account, at my address that doesn’t allow businesses to be run from address.
On every turn, Comcast business is clearly in business, but not for their customers.
I am going to use this phone. Help me. Don’t you think it would be a good idea? Maybe? No?
