Sorry for the rant, but the business.comcast.com web portal has to be one of the most annoying portals I have used. Every day when I go to log in there is some new ad that completely covers the page or I get prompted to sign up for service when I am trying to login. This is beyond annoying.
Can you please fix this or make a login page for customers so we do not have to keep getting different annyoing ads every day.

The portal is hella kludgey. switching between locations and accounts doesn't always work properly. It seems as if something is always cached and I have to make trebly sure I am on the correct locationa nd or account before making a change.

Same here. Weird redirects and logouts CONSTANTLY. Love everything about the service, except for the portal. Have a bunch of connections that I manage and hate that my BVE bills kick me out to the Payment Center. Would like to be able to see and manage and pay for ALL aspects of our internet and phone in the same place. Again, service is rock solid and everyone I've interacted with from installers to support has been absolutely terrific. Portal is a huge drag.

I actually had to use a different browser to get it to even work. Not sure about others, but my experience has been that it would not work properly in Microsft Edge. I have not tried it, yet, in the new Chromium Edge. I have had to use Firefox to get it to work.
Alos, I would LOVE to be able to submit and track trouble tickets via the portal instead of having to call in.
