Anyone having trouble with their system not allowing updates to greetings. About a month ago I was trying to create and set an away message for a staff who was away on vacation. I tried for a long time to do it. I created a recording and tried to upload it... it would accept the upload. I changed her password and logged in to the phone as her and couldn't change it. I gave up and just forwarded all her calls to another line.
Today another staff member told me she spent a few hours yesterday trying to change her greeting. Again from the phone itself and the portal with no luck.
