One employee left and another is taking her place. Why is it so difficult to change the Softphone User ID email? I was able to change the name but not the email - please help. Cannot find answers on this site. I do have manager access
This is a great question. I've had to remove users and create new users then assign that new user to the extension using the Manager Dashboard. Suboptimal.
But here's the rub, if a user's email address changes because thier name changes, there seems to be no solution that provides for continuity. I shouldn't have to tear down the account and rebuild it for an email address change.
