I log into my account, under "Manage Services" I choose "Phone"; I am then brought to another screen (https://web15.wdv.comcast.net/Login/) ...... I am not even sure what my log-in or password is so I've tried my regular log-in info, our phone # and even the Security Pin that was mailed to us, but I keep getting this error message: "BroadWorks server is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Am I on the wrong link??

Your Digital Voice Center can be logged into by entering the 10 digit telephone number and if this is the first time you are logging in the passcode is your last 4 digits of your telephone number + 648. After you log in there is an administration facility for you to reset your passcode, etc.
