If someone calls it goes to reception just fine, but if someone tries to call reception from their extention it goes straight to voicemail. It is not on DND or anything else that I can tell. It started a couple weeks ago. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
You definitely have an odd calling issue and I do appreciate you letting us know about this. I'll need to review your Voice Edge services. May I please have you private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your business account?
kvalleskey, glad tech ops was able to provision the voicemail box back to the reception extension! Remember you can use the Comcast Business app to check the billing details on your account, manage your services as well as utilize some of those awesome business voice edge services!
