We have 5 lines in our office. When a customer tries calling the office and selecting (Auto Attendant) which employee they wish to speak with, the call goes directly to the employees Voicemail......the phone does not ring for the employee to take the call. This issue has happened in the past but usually corrected itself but this time it is still going on and its been almost 2 days.

A similar thing has been happening to me. I don't even hear the phone ring and all of a sudden I get a blue flashing light that tells me I've missed a call. Very frustrating when my customers call and can't reach us.

The issue is that the users phoine somehow got their DND button pushed. It's hard to see it on the V310/311 but look closely and make sure the DND is not turned on.
