We have 10 different phone lines all with their own direct line phone number. When someone calls our business it is always to our main line. Then they are transfered by our secratary to one of the other 10 phones. But when we call out from our direct line the receiver of the call now has my direct line. So they can now call us directly rather than go through our secratary.
I would like to it up so when I call someone directly rather than show my direct line number it shows the main line phone number.
Is this possible?

I have the opposite issue. When calling from an extension, the main line shows up. Individuals want their direct line to show up when they are calling out. Can someone help with this??
