Is there a way for me to control how Caler ID on Outgoing calls shows up?
Hey there jandrews_TGRWA! Appreciate you taking the time to post about your outgoing caller ID. I'd be happy to take a look into your request ot update what shows there. First thing I'll need to do is access your account to make any changes to your voice services.
Please send me a private message with your full name, address, and account number so I can authenticate your account and get started. Please also include your 4 digit voice pin number--- I'll need that to make any voice service changes. If you click my name "ComcastBiz_Support", you'll see another link on the next page to send me a private message if you're currently logged it.
Caller ID is controlled at the Business VoiceEdge User portion of teh portal. Select Change Phone in the upper right. Select the Change Phone pull-down. Select Manage Settings and edit the Caller ID setting.
Also, our business phone was setup to only show our company name. This is a setting that Comcast needs to set.
