Every VoiceEdge seat includes a feature called Call Forward Not Reachable. This feature automatically re-routes incoming calls to a back-up number when your phone is not connected to the Comcast platform. You can set up this feature in advance using their Feature Portal (Feature Settings, Call Forwarding section) and can re-route your incoming calls to a mobile phone, home phone or alternate office. This disaster recovery feature can be activated by a power outage, LAN issues, or anything that caused you to lose connectivity to the Comcast network.
