I have Business VoiceEdge. When we got BVE, the usernames was in the first initial, last name, extension format. Example, tantony235. When Comcast migrated over to the new system, the username is in the email format. Example, firstname.lastname@example.org
I need to change the usernames of the employees rather than doing one by one. How can I have Comcast change the usernames to the new format and email employees?

Changing the usernames through the business website is something that you would have to do directly through our Business Portal https://business.comcast.com/. For the security of the account this would have to be done by logging in with the primary user's username and password. Anything that would be done on this end would be the same process that you would be using on yours. -Comcast_Michelle
