BVE Call Queues not showing destination path

Hello,

 

We use The BVE Call Queues and since we added them we noticed the polycom vvx411 no longer shows a path that the call took to ring, usually it would show our auto-attendant/hunt group it came from, now it just shows "..>...>.." We have no way of identifying where the call originated, there is no whisper feature with your service.

I appreciate you letting us know about the change to the call detail information that's being displayed since adding the Call Queues. I can understand that it's important to know what group the call is coming from! Please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any other pertinent details so we can check on this for you.
