Auto Attendant

We recently had a BVE phone system installed at an off-sitelocation & the phone was set-up to automatically go to the auto-attendent when someone called the main number as at the time there was no receptionist.  They have hired a receptionist & we took the phone off direct auto-attendent answering; however, I wanted to have it set so that if after 5 rings & the phone is not answered that it be directed to the auto-attendent.  I can't seem to get that to ork, even though at another site this works correctly.  Any thoughts?
