My company is headquartered in California, where we have over 70 seats of Business VoiceEdge. I also have nine teleworkers at locations across the USA.
I have been trying since January 31 to add two new teleworker locations in Idaho and Texas. I just got off my fifth phone call where, after over an hour on the phone, I was once again promised that someone from sales would call me back to set up these two new subaccounts.
The last time I had to add an account took three months, which is longer than it took to set up our original account with over 70 phones. I wonder if anyone at Comcast will actually contact me to set up these new accounts before our three year term runs out in 2021 and we inevitably switch to another provider.
