What's the process for adding a new Enterprise Admin to my group using the EA portal?
I went to https://business.comcast.com/bveportal and logged in as EA, then I went to Manage Admins and added a new user. That user got an email with a username and password. When the user logs in, it says his account is locked. When the account password is attempted to be reset, it says the account is locked because no security questions have been entered.
Is there a way I can an additional Enterprise Admin?
Hi Kmaqb! Since the new admin is locked out, I'd like to see if we can get their new account unlocked so you don't have to create a new one. Would you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send me a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number? I'll also need the username you set up for the new account. Thanks!
