voice portal

The old voice portal used to work just fine for retrieving/managing voicemail on line.

The new format forces login through the main portal instead of going directly to voice mail.  Once logged in to the main portal, it takes an intolerably long time to go to the voice mail, and then a long time again to retrieve, listen to and manage voice mails.

 

Is anything being done to restore this system to somewhere near the functionality we used to enjoy?  This is so slow that it is unusable.
