when I login to my account online and go to call features/call forwarding I see "this feautre is not available for this phone number" at the top of the page and i'm unable to save any settings on that page. I know i have the feature so how come it is not activiated online?

Please contact 800-391-3000, use technical digital voice, the technical agent will need to authenticate you, then provide the agent with the telephone number and ask for confirmation that this is a full featured telephone number. The basic telephone lines used for FAX, Credit Cards, Alarm systems, and other data only telephony processing do not have any of the full featured call features, such as call forwarding, call waiting, etc.

I've called already got my calls forwarded to a different number but had to do it manually so I know i have the feature. I just want to be able to do it online so I don't have to go to the office every time I want to stop or change call forwarding as that will defeats the purpose if I have to to the office when i'm out of town and such.

There's nothing that is working right so far. Phone wasn't working, site is not working, now this not working... This should be business service that i pay a lot of money for, so i expect to get what i'm paying for. Very fursturating.
