When an incoming call comes in on our KX-TPA65 system, I have to "press any key" to take the call. This is only on my extension - not on any others including our portable TPA60. How do I get rid of this very annoying requirement?

I'm not sure why I have to send a private message to get an answer to my question. The people looking for answers on this forum would be better served if you would just post an answer on here for everyone to see. Also, I don't see a way to send you a private message unless this is it. Anyway, my issue is that to answer a call on my KX-TPA65 desk phone, I have to press any digit key to have the cal come through. This is very annoying. How can I fix this so that I can simply pickup the recieve and say hello like you do on any other phone I've ever seen.

I do appreciate you posting today on the inquiry of your desk phone. Do you by chance have "Answer Confirmation" feature enabled? If so, could you disable this feature for me and see if you are able to answer the phone without pressing the key in order to take the call? This feature can be disabled within the business voice edge portal or within the mobility app: https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/voice/business-voice-mobility-feature-simultaneous-rin....
It may be also beneficial to leave this feature on though if you're using mobile devices for this number as well to receive a call but this is based on your preference since this is your only extension.
