I have one extension out of 120 or so that is acting differently than the rest. Anyone who calls it gets a message saying "Please enter the number from which you are calling, followed by the pound key" No matter what we enter the call gets rejected.
What feature is this, and how do I turn it off?

As an FYI for anyone experiencing similar issues, I ended up talking to a support person on the phone, who had to escalate the issue to an engineer. It turns out the the "Be Anywhere" feature was forwarding the class to a bad number. Once that was fixed, it functioned normally again.
