I would like to set up remote call forwarding, but when I click "phone" under "Manager tools" to set up and manage Business Voice features online, I get an error message, "There is a problem with this website’s security certificate."

Hi jhedmannh. This could be caused by invalid credentials or feature availability. I have updated the user status for your login. Also I have engaged the Regional Support Center to verify that the feature is active on this account. Try accessing the site again with the same credentials.

Hi jhedmannh. Thank You for the update. I have engaged the Server Admin to update the certificate to clear this error message. Please note that the Comcast Voice Portal site does not pose a security risk. It is ok to proceed to the site and to make any needed changes. I will update this thread once the certificate error message is resolved.
When I do try to proceed to the "phone" site in spite of the warning, it gives another login. When I enter my username and password, I get an error, "BroadWorks server is currently unavailable. Please try again later." This only happens when I click the "phone" option. I am able to enter internet, email, websites, and TV options with no problem. Thanks for your help.
