calls not going through Comcast Business Be Anywhere

As of today, I am unable to make calls through the Comcast Buisness App. It worked just fine yesterday, but today it won't even initiate the call. I will put in a phone number I need to call, place the call, it will tell me it is initiating, and then go back to main screen showing all outgoing, received, and missed calls. I need to be able to make business calls through this app as I am working from home.

I am so sorry to see that you are having an issue with making outbound calls through the app as this is not what we strive for. You have reached the right team to make sure we get this taken care of. Great question!

  1. Sign in to the community.
  2. Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
  3. Click New Message.
  4. Enter the recipient's name in the Send to.
  5. Enter the subject for the message in the Message Subject.
  6. Type the reply in the Message Body.
  7. Click Send Message.

I’m having the same problem that just started. I downloaded an update to the ap and now I cannot make any calls through the ap. I dial a number, hit send and I’m back to the calls screen.

I am so sorry to hear that you are unable to make calls through the app. I know how important this is to your business especially since so many people are working remotely currently.
