Why doesn't my phone appear in the iPhone App?
Look... I don't have the time or the patience to get on the phone and wait for someone to deal with this. It seems to be an epidemic with Comcast that they can't get their own act together. I keep hearing I could make a call with the iPhone app to make it look like my business phone. How? The phone information DOES NOT show up on the app. See the attach image. Yet when I call, I get some person with a foreign accent who reads from a stupid script and doesn't understand that I am not seeing the same screen as in the HELP. I know what is wrong... the same problem that caused my business phone not to show up on my account page. Will someone just please fix this so I can get on with life?!
