Our phones are all displaying that there is an unheard voicemail message but when we dial into the voicemail accounts, the system says that we do not have any messages as does the online portal. How do we clear these so that we can see when we actually have voicemail?

Are you able to send a private message so I can take a detailed look at your account? If you can include your first and last name, your full-service address, and your account number (or phone number) that would be great. Do you use the Comcast Business app? From the app, if you select the three lines in the left corner and go to Account Details, you can view your account number.
