Is there a way to set up my voice mail so that I can tell when the call came in? I know I can log into the website and see it there but I was hoping there might be a way to have a time stamp along with the message when I dial into my voice mail.
I recommend that you setup your voice mail to establish notification at one of your email addresses. This is another alternative because when you listen to your voicemail on the telephone, it should be specifying the date and time that the voicemail was left. If it is not, I recommend you contact 800-391-3000, use the digital voice technical support option, and discuss it with your technical agent. Your voicemail box may not be operating correctly and the technical agent can rebuild it to make sure.
