Ineffective Customer Support. The level of knowledge for the BVE support is too varied to be affective. There needs to be some type of tier support or an assigned rep to see your issue through to completion. I can call three times with the same question and get three different answers. I've repeatedly asked for a manager to call me back to discuss my concerns..3 years laters..still waiting. Worst business decision I ever made was going with BVE.
